A tea for all friends

It recently dawned on me how my many friendships are like my collection of teas.
Strong black tea - you know the sort, china cup or mug, the quality of the tea is spot on and reliable, I have some who have been with me all my life (well at least since the age of 5).
English breakfast - friendships from my teens and early 20s when I discovered there were variations of black tea, strong but slightly exotic.
Lady Grey - the friends who are gentler and more lady like, but stand tall when called on.
Ahh Afternoon tea - the reliable strength you can draw when needed.
Earl Grey - the distinct aroma and gentle flavour, thats surprisingly robust, when the overwhelm creeps up, these friends will be by your side.
Herbal teas - exotic influences from corners of my life, just like the different teas from corners of the globe.
Basically I am a connector, or a tea shop, where lots of different flavours/colours/ages/qualities come together and form blends. Some times blends are my new favourite and sometimes, they become the tea I turn to when I need calming, or lifting, or just me time.
